Mongolia: Ulaanbaatar and Hustai National Park

We had Khorkhog for Dinner, this is a traditional Mongolian Dish. Hot Stones, Vegetables, Potatoes and a whole sheep (traditionally with everything, however, for us they didn't include the intestines) are placed in a churn, hermetically sealed and then cooked for 2 hours over the fire.
